The recently opened 'Al Kasar' complex is a two minute walk from the apartment and currently has a supermarket, Clover Irish bar, Italian restaurant and more shops scheduled to open in the near future.

The region of Murcia is a beautiful area of Spain, situated between the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca, and to the south lies Almeria. It has over 300 days of sunshine per year, and daytime temperatures range from 18 - 40c in summer and 10 - 22c in the winter season. The region is rich in towns and cities with historic buildings, street markets, modern shops and excellent Spanish cousine. A wonderful place to visit for a carefree and relaxing holiday.

Condado del Alhama has one championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, which opened early this year, with another two courses planned in the near future. There are 20 + other golf courses within a 30 minute drive, including the Jack Nicklaus Polaris World Trail. 6 golf courses located at Polaris World resorts. A trip to the Sierra Espuna mountains is a must, which dominate the landscape. Sierra Espuna is higher than Ben Nevis, and you can drive to viewing points almost 5000 feet up the mountain and take in the fantastic views over the surrounding area. For the beach lovers we have 'Blue Flag' beaches only 15 minutes drive from the resort.
