We are always excited when a private owner offers a rental at this superb resort. This ownership is being made available for 2018 and 2019 occupancy by the current owner.
The ownership being offered for rental is a lock off style apartment which is made up of an inter connected one bedroom apartment which sleeps 4 and a further studio apartment which sleeps 2.
The ownership period is described as Platinum season. This means you can reserve your rental holiday at Island Residence Club during any weekly period, subject to availability.
There are various options where the current owner would allow the rental of just the one bedroom, sleeps 4 apartment or the studio sleeps 2. The configuration of how you occupy the rental is flexible and can be discussed once you begin the booking process.
The Platinum season is especially interesting for families who wish to secure the very peak seasons of July and August.
The apartment offers versatile living and sleeping space along with private outdoor balcony space. The one bedroom side of the lock off has a fully equipped kitchen which is great for preparing snacks and full meals. You have a large dining area and sitting/lounge area. There is a luxury master bedroom and a further double sleeper sofa in the lounge to complete the sleep 4. There is a luxury family bathroom and a large balcony which offers delightful country views. The studio side of the lock off has open plan living area and sleeping section with a separate shower and toilet and a separate balcony. The studio also includes coffee and tea facility and a mini fridge for refreshments.
If you wish to make a rental request we will need to know the dates you have in mind, please note the changeover day is a Friday. The owner will then request the reservation and arrange for your arrival and name to be added to the reservation.
