We are very pleased to be able to offer this superb opportunity to rent a week at the much sought after Monte Anfi resort in Arguineguin, Gran Canaria.

The resort is located within the Anfi Del Mar development of resorts in Arguineguin on the Island of Gran Canaria.

The resort is perched high above the other resorts and has a stunning glass and marble reception area with large private road leading to the reception area.

The current owner has 4 x red floating season weeks and is willing to offer individual 7 night weekly stays for families on a rental basis. You can pick and choose the required dates subject to availability. The only blackout dates are Christmas and New Year.

The accommodation is a one bedroom which sleeps 4 people. The apartments are finished to an excellent standard and offer excellent luxury and detail which includes a huge open plan living and dining space as well as a fully fitted kitchen.

The master bedroom includes it's own oversized jacuzzi bath along with large bathroom.

Both the master bedroom and lounge area has floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead onto a large terrace or balcony which has outside dining table and chairs and sun loungers for relaxing. There is a double sleeper sofa in the lounge area which completes the sleep 4 capacity.

onsite you have many onsite facilities with a number of swimming pools available, sun terraces, bars and restaurants spread across each of the Anfi Del Mar resorts. There is a promenade and Anfi square where there are restaurants, bars and nightly entertainment. You also have plenty of daytime activities to keep all ages happy. In the evening there is lovely marina which you can stroll past and then walk over the bridge onto the heart shaped Anfi island and have an evening drink and watch the sunset.
