The apartment has two large bedrooms (can be made up as double or twins) one with an en suite which includes a large walk in shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is great for preparing meals and an open plan lounge and dining room. There is also a family bathroom. There is also a large private balcony area along with a patio set where you can relax or enjoy some alfresco dining. The lounge includes a double sleeper sofa bed. The apartment has an ocean facing view directly on the white powdery sand of Siesta Beach.

The current owner has added the following excellent information about the location: "Siesta Key is an island connected to the beautiful city of Sarasota by two bridges. It’s one of the most desirable locations on the Gulf (west) Coast of Florida. In 2020, Siesta Beach was voted #1 beach in the USA (not for the first time) and #11 in the World by Trip Advisor Travellers Choice Awards. The sunsets are stunning as the fiery ball disappears into the water. Nearby Siesta Village is a quaint spot with fabulous cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques."
