Information on floating weeks at Burnside. All floating weeks have a changeover day of Saturday to Saturday. Floating weeks allow owners to take alternative seasons each year. An owner can reserve a High season floating week which is April to September and the following year they can reserve a Low season floating week which is January to March (excluding Easter) and October-December (excluding Xmas & New Year).
The ownership is one of the beautiful apartments situated in Lime Grove area of the resort and sleeps 4 people. The floating style ownership allows owners the complete flexible usage of their annual weeks by picking a week that suits their travel needs each year. On top of this external resort exchange can be achieved by using RCI or another timeshare holiday exchange company. The vendor will split these weeks if purchase of just one week is required. The apartments at Burnside Park timeshare resort are all dog friendly.
